•Runway slows.Project Runway finished its sixth season – and its first on Lifetime – with 4.3 million viewers Thursday, down from 4.8 million for Bravo's finale in October 2008. The entire season averaged 3.3 million, off from 3.6 million last year.
NIELSEN CHARTS: See how your favorite shows fared in the ratings•Two-step. ABC's Dancing With the Stars climbed to a season-high 18.8 million viewers Monday, boosting Castle to a season-best 10.5 million.
•MerryNBC's early DreamWorks holiday special, Merry Madagascar, claimed a decent (but third-place) 9 million viewers Tuesday.
•Model looks. CW's America's Next Top ModelWednesday drew 3.7 million viewers, making the unlucky 13th season finale its least-watched yet.
•Heather no halo. The first appearance by Heather Locklear in CW's reboot of Melrose Place didn't help much: The series scored a still-weak 1.6 million viewers Tuesday, though it gained from the previous week's series low (1.3 million).
•Peace treaty. History Channel's WWII in HD averaged 2.4 million viewers over its five-night span, ending Thursday.
•Curbed. The seventh-season finale of HBO'sCurb Your Enthusiasm averaged 1.3 million viewers Sunday. That's up from 1.1 million for the last finale in 2007, but not much of an increase for a season featuring the reunited cast of Seinfeld.
•Iron-clad. Food Network's Next Iron Chefcrowned a champion Sunday in front of 3.1 million viewers.
•South Parksayonara. Comedy Central's South Park wrapped up its mini-season with 2.9 million viewers Wednesday, up from 2.3 million for last year's finish. AMC's The Prisoner wrapped up Tuesday with 947,000 viewers, down from 2.2 million for Sunday's start.
