BOULDER, Colo. (AP) — Two University of Colorado women's basketball players are recovering from minor injuries from a weekend car accident.

Freshman forward Kailah Bailey received a minor concussion, and senior center Courtney Dunn hurt her back in the Saturday afternoon accident. Both were briefly hospitalized.

A third person in a separate car was also briefly hospitalized with minor injuries.

The accident happened when Bailey turned left in her van and hit another vehicle. Bailey, who is from Omaha, was ticketed for failure to yield.

Dunn, who is from Berkeley, Calif., was sitting in the front seat of the van. A spokesman for the school's athletic department said the women would be re-evaluated for injuries Sunday.
